This traditional family house is in the beautiful Garfagnana region of Northern Tuscany has recently been restored to a high standard.
With three bedrooms and mountain views from the garden and surrounding meadow, this atmospheric house is suitable for a large family or group of friends. The large 10 x 4 metre swimming pool has a solarium with one of the prettiest and spectacular views of the whole region.
The house is very well equiped and comfortably furnished, with traditional chestnut beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. It has one double and two twin bedrooms, a large lounge with balcony and open fireplace, a large modern kitchen and dining area, 2 shower/bathrooms, and a big outside patio area with BBQ and table for 8 people.
It is safe for children to play in the acre of meadow within the grounds, and the treehouse can be used by adults and children.
The house is situated off the rural road to the village of Pianacci at the end of a private lane. There is a wonderful open outlook towards three other villages and the Pania di Corfino Mountain which is the only Alpine mountain in the Apennine range. The famous Orrichiella National Park is also in this area.
The large sun patio and garden to the front of the house has outdoor furniture and is shaded in part by fruit trees.
