This newly restored farmhouse is set in a magnificent part of Tuscany, close to the city of Lucca but set in the surrounding countryside of olive groves, vineyards and acacia woods. Within the grounds of the grand villa, Casa Rossa is now divided into 5 beautiful fully equipped apartments which are rented together for a group of up to 23 people. A few yards from the farmhouse is the 16 metre pool and surrounding lawn.
Apartment Romantico - 2 bedroom, sleeps 4/6.
Has a superb large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom en-suite, twin room and second bathroom. There is a small balcony with views of the pool and gardens.
Apartment Luminoso - 2 bedroom, sleeps 4/6.
On the second floor of the old farmhouse, it also has a large living room, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin room and bathroom.
Apartment Giardino - 1 bedroom, sleeps 2/4.
Has a living room with dining area and kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom. The living room faces the veranda, where breakfast and dinner can be taken outside.
Apartment Monsarda - 1 bedroom, sleeps 2/4.
An exquisite loft apartment with a large living room with dining area and kitchen, large twin bedroom and luxury bathroom. During hot weather the apartment has the advantage of air conditioning.
Apartment Fienile 2 bedrooms 2/4
Situated by the pool and 20m away from the other apartments, Fienile has a beautiful living room with ajoining kitchen, 1 double and 1 single bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and luxury bathroom.
Villa Morri offers its guests a pool which is the only one of its kind. The pool has a slipway, and the hydro massage area has seating that even small children can use.
The large grounds of the villa are tranquil, but the centre of the wonderful walled city of Lucca is only 10 minutes away. Lucca is one of Tuscany’s famous art cities with its narrow medieval streets hosting many museums and galleries. Lucca was the home of Puccini, and an opera is held every day of the year. There are a number of other festivals, notably the Lucca Summer Festival, which has hosted Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Elton John and Lauryn Hill among many others.
Country pursuits are available locally, including horse riding and visiting vineyards.
All the apartments have bed settees. Linen and towels are provided, and final cleaning is included in the price. Free WI-FI access .
