This converted farmhouse villa is situated in the small hamlet of Montiperpoli, within walking distance of the historical centre of Castelnuovo in the beautiful Garfagnana region of Northern Tuscany. The villa boasts panoramic views of the valley and is in a good position for enjoying country life as well as the bustle of the nearby market town.

The villa is divided into three apartments with separate entrances. All have been tastefully renovated and furnished with fully equipped, modern kitchens.

There is a very good restaurant and bar within a five minute leisurely walk from the villa.

Ground Floor Sleeps 6

The ground floor apartment has glass patio doors to the outside eating area from the large living/dining room and kitchen area and includes a marble table. There is a twin and double bedroom, a bed settee in the living area and two bathrooms.

First Floor Sleeps 4

This apartment has a lovely balcony off the main double bedroom overlooking the pool and mountains beyond. There is a small twin bedroom, a bathroom and a large living /dining room and kitchen area.

Studio Apartment Sleeps 2

Situated above the other apartments this small bright studio is open plan with a double bed, kitchen and living area as well as a bathroom off.

The accommodation is flexible and can be rented as separate apartments or as a whole villa to suit larger parties. Discounts are available for whole villa rental.

There are separate outdoor eating areas, a large shared swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbeque in the extensive grounds of the house.

The nearby medieval villages of Cascio, Eglio and Sassi are worth exploring.

Mountain biking, hill walking and horse riding are all available locally.
