This large farmhouse villa is situated in the small hamlet of Montiperpoli, within walking distance of Castelnuovo in the beautiful Garfagnana region of northern Tuscany. The villa boasts panoramic views of the valley and is in a good position for enjoying country life as well as the bustle of the nearby market town. Within easy striking distance of the art cities of Lucca, Sienna, Florence and Pisa this is an ideal location for a visit to Tuscany.

On the ground floor there is a large modern kitchen with a marble dining table which seats 10 people. Immediately outside the kitchen there is an outdoor eating area. Upstairs there is a lounge with open fireplace and with ample seating for a large group.

There are 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full size studio room with en-suite bathroom sleeping 3 people. There are 3 other bathrooms.

Outdoors the private pool is a fine 14 metres in length, with sunbeds and deck chairs. There is also a built in BBQ

This is roomy, versatile and inexpensive accommodation for a larger family or group of friends, within walking distance of a fine market town with a train station to other parts of Tuscany.

An excellent good value bar and restaurant is only 5 minutes walk, and the nearby medieval villages of Cascio, Eglio and Sassi are worth exploring.

Mountain biking, hill walking and horse riding are all available locally.
